HOW IT ALL BEGAN
Our Family’s Pizza Dream (1988)
In August 1988, Neal and Angela embarked on a dream, opening a small pizza shop in Newton, NC. With a passion for great pizza and a commitment to fresh ingredients, they spent long hours perfecting their homemade dough and sauce recipes. While tossing pizzas in the kitchen, they were also raising two boys, teaching them the value of hard work, dedication, and family tradition.
As word spread and the community fell in love with their fresh, hand-crafted pizzas, customers started requesting more than just pizza. Listening to their loyal guests, they expanded the menu to include pastas, subs, salads, and homemade desserts—keeping the same scratch-made approach. In 1997, a second location opened in Hickory, followed by a third in Denver in 2008, bringing even more people together over authentic Italian flavors.

At 15 years old, they started working in the business, making it truly a family-run operation. Even as the business expanded, the core values of family, quality, and hard work remained the same.
